What are your opening hours?

Our core hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5.30pm We are often open earlier and later than these hours so do not hesitate to give us a call to check, especially if you are on route to us.

Can I buy from your web site?

We don't at present have facilities for buying online and in some ways prefer to keep our service more personal but you are welcome to contact us by email zu@zu-online.co.uk or telephone 0044 (0)1702 600999 with your enquiries and we will be happy to help you as we already help very many of our customers from around the world.

Can I pay by Credit/Debit card?

Yes we accept all major Credit/Debit cards in our store. If you wish to use your card for mail order purchases then you should telephone with your card details. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue a PayPal request for payment through which you can pay securely online. We can send items only to the address to which the card is registered.

Can I pay by cheque or money order?

We do not accept payment by Western Union or other money transfer media nor do we accept personal or business cheques in normal circumstances. Exceptionally we will consider payment by Postal Order.

What is your returns policy?

All orders placed by Mail order are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations but additionaly we operate an exchange or refund policy on any purchases returned within 14 days. All goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging with tags and labels not removed. Any goods returned worn, soiled or contaminated by smoke etc. will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item by post/carrier you should contact us, telephone or email, as soon as possible before doing so. Returned items must be sent adequately wrapped and should be sent by a suitably insured method, at your own expense, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
